Our commitment
Client Advisory is committed to a website and client portal that every client can use, including clients who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, or magnification. We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What that means in practice
Every page is designed to work with a keyboard alone. Text and controls meet minimum contrast requirements. Forms name their fields for screen readers, errors are announced, and signing a document never requires drawing: you may always type your name instead. Pages remain usable at 200 percent browser zoom, and animation is reduced for visitors whose device asks for reduced motion.
Report an accessibility issue
If any part of this site or your portal is difficult to use, please tell us. Write to info@clientadvisory.ca and describe what you were trying to do and what stood in the way. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve confirmed barriers promptly.
Alternate formats
Any document or communication we provide is available in an alternate format on request, at no charge. This includes large print and accessible electronic formats. Ask your engagement team directly or write to info@clientadvisory.ca, and we will work with you on a format that suits you.
